Through this scheme is made a reduction of legal controls for the client in Mexico or in the world. Moi&Mat is the entity responsible for import matters in relation to the regulations and non-tariff restrictions and taxes to be paid for the goods that are imported.
It is important and essential that a foreign company that has the need to introduce their goods to another country to have a fiscal presence in it in order to introduce import articles. Moi&Mat provides services to companies that do not have fiscal or physical presence in Mexico.
Our Responsibilities
- Act as the legal importer or exporter in Mexico.
- Be responsible for customs, taxes and others before regulatory authorities.
- Provide the Mexican authorities with all licenses or permits to carry out the customs clearance and the delivery of the cargo to the final destination.
- Comply with all regulations and controls in accordance with the law.
- Coordinate with the customs agent to make the flow of transactions faster and thus reduce costs.
- The main customer will only have contact with Moi&Mat and will only receive the cargo, in addition they will not have contact with the customs operations of direct way; eliminates unnecessary procedure and customs controls for the customer.
